Barry Alexander President and Training Coordinator Barry Alexander is the President and Training Coordinator of Alexander Safety Solutions. Bill Newlin
Bill Newlin Bill Newlin is certified to teach the 10 and 30 hour OSHA training and completed instructor training for Electrical Safe Work Practices. I also served as the Training Director for the Dayton Ohio Area Electrical Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee from 1983 until 2006. As Training Director my responsibilities included all training for both apprentice electricians and journeyman training. I also served on the Education Committee for the National Training Directors Association from 1994 to 2006 reviewing the national curriculum for apprentice and journeymen electricians. Upon retiring as Training Director I was hired in 2006 by Wagner Industrial Electric to train employees in all phases of electrical safety on the job and maintain safety records and policies for the company. At Wagner Industrial Electric I also represented them on several large industrial electrical power houses as the site safety officer for up to 125 electricians. At Wagner Industrial Electric I was assigned the task of helping to establish the Star rating given by OSHA to employers for an outstanding safety program. I then went to work in 2010 for Alexander Safety Solutions teach NFPA 70e training for them until the present time.
Dennis Newlin
Denny Newlin Dennis Newlin has been in the Electrical field since 1978. Dennis holds Electric Supervisor Level I & II certifications. He was employed from 1990 to 2011 at Aztec Electric Inc. Holding the office of Operations Manager and Safety Director and help wright the company safety policy and was responsible for its implementation. He has been an OSHA 10/30 certified instructor for the Dayton, Ohio, Local 82 IBEW Apprentice Program since 2001. Dennis holds certifications to teach OSHA 10-30 Hr. Construction (502). Electrical Safety Related Work Practices TTT Based on 70E. 2004/Aerial Work Platform Trainer, Basic Rigging & Lifting Train the Trainer and an OSHA Authorized Disaster Site Trainer. He started Instructing for Alexander Safety Solutions Company in August 2012 to the present.
Troy Webster
Troy Webster Troy Webster is an 19-year veteran of the fire service currently serving as a Captain with the Florence Fire/EMS Department. He teaches various programs at local, regional, state, and national levels. He is a state certified Firefighter I/II, EMT-B, Level II Instructor, and currently holds numerous other certifications. Troy has earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Fire Protection Administration from Eastern Kentucky University. He is certified at the technician level in rope rescue, confined space rescue, trench rescue, vehicle/machinery rescue, and swift-water rescue. Troy teaches these programs at local, regional, and state level.
